This privacy policy (personal data protection) has been adopted by PM INVEST (Le Fournas, 04120 Saint Auban), distributor of the PM WATCHES brand. Google reCaptcha

We use "Google reCAPTCHA V3" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA V3") on our website. The publisher is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

With reCAPTCHA V3, we want to check whether data entry on our website, for example, on our contact form, is being performed by a human user or a robot. To do this, reCAPTCHA V3 analyzes the user's behavior based on several criteria. The analysis begins automatically as soon as the user accesses the website. To perform this analysis, reCAPTCHA V3 uses several pieces of information (e.g., IP address, time spent on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected for this analysis is transmitted to Google.

Re-CAPTCHA V3 analyses are performed in the background. No message alerts the user that such an analysis is in progress.
